Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you request an estimate, contact us, schedule service, communicate with our team, or otherwise do business with us. This may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, project details, appointment information, photographs, notes, and communications.
Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, and cookie or analytics data.
How we use information

Google account information and internal integrations
Central Florida Awnings uses a private internal application called CFA Hermes Integrations to help authorized company personnel manage company-owned Google Calendar appointments and attach company job-site photographs or estimate notes through Google Drive.
The application is intended for authorized internal company use. It accesses only the Google permissions approved during authorization. Google account information obtained through this application is used to provide these internal business functions and is not used for advertising.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as website hosting, customer-management, scheduling, communications, analytics, payment, accounting, and cloud-storage providers. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us or as required by law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for necessary site functions, analytics, and advertising measurement. Browser settings may allow you to limit or delete cookies, although doing so may affect some website functions.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including operational, warranty, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Authorized users may revoke CFA Hermes Integrations access at any time through their Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete legitimate company records previously created or retained under applicable business and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal, warranty, accounting, and record-retention requirements. You may also opt out of marketing communications using the method provided in the message. Operational communications about an active inquiry, appointment, project, payment, warranty, or service request may still be necessary.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for homeowners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Text and RCS messaging
When you affirmatively opt in to receive messages from Central Florida Awnings, we may use the mobile number you provide to send text and RCS messages related to your inquiry or estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, project or installation updates, service and customer support, and other communications you specifically request. We may send promotional messages only when you have separately agreed to receive them or when otherwise permitted by law. Submitting an inquiry or estimate request does not by itself enroll you in recurring promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointment, project, service needs, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
We do not sell mobile phone information or messaging opt-in data. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers that support delivery of our messaging program only as needed to provide that service.

Opting out does not prevent us from responding to a new request you initiate or from sending non-marketing communications needed to provide requested products or services where permitted.
