These Messaging Terms and Conditions apply when you choose to receive text or RCS messages from Central Florida Awning, LLC, doing business as Central Florida Awnings (“Central Florida Awnings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Program description

After you opt in, we may send messages related to an inquiry or estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, project or installation updates, service and customer support, and other communications you specifically request. We may send promotional messages only when you have separately agreed to receive them or when otherwise permitted by law.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in through an approved form, message prompt, or other sign-up method, you agree to receive text and RCS messages from Central Florida Awnings at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You confirm that you are the account holder or have permission to use the number you provide.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We may send one confirmation message after your request and will then stop automated messages to that number. To receive messages again, use the original sign-up method or reply START when that option is available.

We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers that support delivery of our messaging program only as needed to provide that service.
